The weather call is confirmed for each experience before booking opens. If a provider needs to move or change a session, we will tell you clearly and quickly.

Each experience has its own cancellation terms, agreed with the provider or venue that runs it and shown on the experience page before you book. The pattern is simple: cancel early and you get a full refund; closer to the day, places move to another date or cannot be refunded, because small groups and venue commitments are hard to refill. If we or the provider ever cancel a session, you always get a full refund or a free move. The exact timings for every experience are in the Terms.
