Gifting an experience
What if it’s for my own child?
Book as usual and choose a printable certificate to give them. There’s nothing else to redeem.
What if I’m buying for another family?
Choose the experience, date and places. We’ll send you a certificate and voucher to pass on. The receiving parent enters the voucher code during normal booking on our website and adds the usual details, with those places already paid for.
Does an adult come too?
Yes. A parent, or another adult they choose, takes part alongside the teenager. Each experience shows the ages and adult places.
Is an experience voucher also valid for 2 years?
An experience voucher reserves places on the session you chose, so that date and the experience’s cancellation terms apply. The 2-year validity applies to monetary gift cards.
Gift cards
How does a gift card work?
The family chooses an experience and enters the gift card code when booking. If there’s more to pay, they pay the rest as usual. If they spend less, the balance stays on the card for another experience.
How long do they have to use a gift card?
Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Make the booking within that time. The experience can take place later. The gift email shows the exact book-by date, and spending part of the card keeps the same date for the remaining balance.
What if I change my mind?
For a gift card, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund any unspent value without a fee. Once places are booked, that experience’s cancellation terms apply. Read the gift-card terms for refunds and what happens if we cancel.
